• This line-of-credit loan offers the convenience of easy access to a pre-approved loan account whenever you need it, for any reason, with the affordability of interest that accumulates only on the funds you actually use.
• We have 5 year, 10 year, and 15 year fixed rate terms as well as a 20 year variable rate loan.

This is designed for our members who have a low balance on their existing mortgage but would like to refinance at a better interest rate for a 5, 10, 20, or 30 year term. Lowest closing costs available.

This mortgage is for members who want to purchase a home priced at $60,000 or less and who can only afford a small down payment. 30 year term is the maximum.

Our Construction Loans are available for 15, 20 & 30 years. There is only one closing - and the rate you lock into is the same rate for the term of your loan.
